How does Guided Optimization work?

• Intake with your Health Coach: a 45-minute Zoom meeting to go over your health history, symptoms, and goals, and choose your lab panel (a pre-built comprehensive option or a fully customized one).
• Comprehensive lab work: a blood draw at a local Quest Diagnostics location. Results come back with a detailed 30-50 page lab interpretation, written in plain language.
• Results review: you reconnect with your coach to go through the report page by page.
• Collaborative treatment planning: a third meeting brings in a Marek medical provider. Together with your coach and provider, you recap your labs and co-create a personalized plan that may include lifestyle strategies, supplements, and prescriptions if appropriate. Nothing moves forward without your buy-in on goals, comfort, and budget.
• Ongoing support: unlimited virtual access to your health coach between sessions, at no extra cost.

What does it cost?

• $299 initial investment: one-time intake fee. Covers the 45 minute 1-on-1 health coach consult, in-depth lab review, and provider consultation via Zoom. Not applied toward labs or treatment. Unlimited communication and ongoing support from your health coach at no added cost moving forward.
• $450+ for diagnostic labs: multiple panel options and add-ons depending on your goals; panels cover 85+ biomarkers. (This is the Guided Optimization price, the same panel costs more, e.g. $495 for Comprehensive, if ordered through Marek Diagnostics instead.)
• Treatment plan: fully personalized based on what you and your provider decide together; cost varies.
• $375-$575+ total for bi-annual follow-ups: includes updated labs ($325) plus a provider consult ($250).
• Typical all-in annual spend: $2,000-$4,000/year, including labs, consults, and treatment. This varies by individual treatment plan.
