Marek has two different offerings:
- Marek Diagnostics: Self-service lab work only — no coaching or provider included. Purchase individual lab markers or a pre-built panel at marekdiagnostics.com. Your lab requisition form will be available within 24 hours of purchase. From there, schedule an appointment at your nearest Quest Diagnostics location to have your labwork drawn. Results are typically returned within 14 business days (some tests come back sooner).
- Marek Health Guided Optimization: An all-encompassing program for those who want labwork guidance and review, 1:1 personalized health coaching, access to treatments, discounted labwork, and medical provider consultation and oversight — plus ongoing support and tailored recommendations for your specific concerns.
